The men and women in charge of Essence Festival wanted their event to be about more than just celebrating the New Orleans community, but they needed the ground staff to do something great.
Solutions
Essence Fest contracted NetWork Volunteers, and we went to work. We organized a day of service for over 300 local and visitng volunteers at three different schools, and topped it off by organizing a health and wellness fair!
